Is it a YZF 450? certainley is mate...............that was last year, just got a kawasaki kxf250 ( 4 stroke)now ...........alot better for him ............ 450 had loads of grunt....but was a bit heavy. had a good season so far.............finishing top ten ( in adult a) every weekend!! bikes standard( apart from pro circuit t4 titanium pipe)...............awesome.......great bike out the the box, compared to must stuff now, you have to throw alot of money at them to make them competative! cheers sean Quote Link to post Share on other sites

stevolad 26 Posted June 1, 2008 Report Share Posted June 1, 2008 I had a new Cr 250 03 model, no comparison with the bike i had before that - CR250 91 model.....very scary stuff the first time i went out on that Never been on a proper track before it was pissin down and i'd not had a bike for about 3 or 4 years...the guy at the track if i was alright riding in the wet...."Aye...no bother mate" i told him as i was shakin like a leaf. Kicked her over and went to set off....STALLED IT LOL Got going....first corner off i came Chugged round a bit then came off Bit further round.....came off and got jumped over by a kid on a KX65. Went round 3 times then went home very wet and very embarresed 3rd time out I came off and my thumb came out the back of my hand a long with various other injuries so i swapped the bike and a motor for 2 WR250F's which i liked a lot more, much less snappy and road registered so i could get out an about without botherin hiring a van or messin about with a trailer.
