skycat 6,173
We got ours from them, pretty good for the price, but don't expect prompt delivery! We waited nearly 2 months after their original delivery date! I was so pissed off that I demanded my money back and said I'd go elsewhere: they gave me the money back, then delivered a fortnight later and I paid up then and there. I think they just can't keep up with orders and they're only a small firm: they should get their act together and not promise delivery dates they can't keep, but apart from that they're fine. trader 0
Just been told there not coming for another two weeks!!!!! This company is a f*****g joke!!!! When i told them i wanted to cancel they told me there would be a 20% cancellation charge which is £150 !!!!! i dont think that they can legally charge a cancellation fee unless you cancel before they were due to arrive in the contract, better read the small print though, i cant see them staying in business long at this rate only a fool would deal with them after reading this post hope you get them soon Quote Link to post
john hubery 9
sorry to hear of your delivery problems scouser, I have seen there kennels at shows we have been at there a good product, but I understand the problems they have when giving a good price on a delivered product some times the price of delivery out wieghs the profit if you can't get more than one order in that area, so some companys try to hold on untill another order comes along Im not saying this is right but this is how some poeple work, like already saud if this continues they wont be around long, businesses need to bite the bullet price accordingly, others give a way out price knowing that it will be turned down and not have to deliver but if they get the job then they are covered, a few weeks ago we took a block of kennels down to surry it cost me £96 in diesel and two wages 7am to 8pm to put up a kennel block that took only half an hour which was probably the only half hour it rained allday had we taken three orders for the some area or at lest one hundred mile radius then it would have been worth while as it was we made f##% all but I suppose we had a happy customer who will tell every one he know how good we are and not post the fact that we are a shite outfit on the internet Quote Link to post
scouser3038 1
There nice kennels them john! do you do any with all steel runs?? Quote Link to post
john hubery 9
I have tryed many times to get a trade price on steel galy sections, no one wants to deal trade they can sell them all day with out it, so most people can get them for the same price as me, so when I put a percentage on them it doesn't go down to well Quote Link to post
