Hi all,

A friend of mine is selling his air rifle and I am quite interested in it. I have looked on the web and found out a bit about it but would just like some opinions on it. It is a Webley Raider single shot, with silencer, scope and gun bag. How much do you think it is worth aswell - in mint condition?

hello mate just been looking at one in my local gun shop..................it was mint and they where wanting £200 for the rifle ONLY.

 

depending on type of scope/silencer i would think you'll be looking around £250 ish

the raider is very underrated i had a 2 shot 'now i got the ten shot feckin excellent see if you can buy for 225 dont pay any more then 250.... Then again it depends what type of wood is the stock and how decent the extra's you get with it are

Ask him how much he is prepared to sell it for. Price ceilings have been mentioned above although I'm presuming you've seen the gun and can vouch for it's condition.

 

Ask him how much he wants. If it's within the prices mentioned... or lower, then buy it. That's if you really want it.

 

They're good rifles but remember that you'll need some way of charging it.

Thanks for the advice.

Ive bought the raider - for less than has been said and it has a nice silencer, fleece lined gun bag, a tasco scope and is in mint condition (i cant find a mark on it.)

I have been undecided about it for a couple of weeks but just wanted to hear peoples opinions.
