farlap 19 Posted May 25, 2008 Report Share Posted May 25, 2008 were hoping to get our little boat out soon now the weathers picking up and the hawks down to moult. every year we hope to catch a bass but never do.....pollack, gurnard, skate, mackerel, shad....no prob...but never a bass its becoming a fixation now for my other half, so can anyone recommend a good lure please? we can be hugging the rocks (north corwall) or out to sea a bit, we dont mind which, but would love some advice please. Well heysham to be accurate, right next to the nuclear power plant LOL They use the sea water to cool the reactor and there is a big outflow on a pier to oneside of the powerstation. The warm water brings some good fishing upon the return of the tide.
