FERRET BOXES I HAVE BEEN MAKING

I know a box is a box is a box but they do look a lot like Mark Scott's of the ferret box company

 

 

SORRY DONT KNOW HIM WHERE IS HE FROM AND DOES HE HAVE A WEB-SITE DONE A GOOGLE SEARCH BUT COULD NOT FIND ANYTHING, WHAT SORT OF BOXES DOES HE MAKE ETC

how can you say i have copied my boxes from him when i havent even seen his boxes and i canot seem to find the ferret box company anywhere ???? i have been making these boxes for a few years now prehaps he as copied mine ????

As i own the ferretbox company and as you know you tried to beat us on ebay with a price war not so long ago, its the holes in the front of the box you have copied etc as you know and please dont make out that you dont know who we are as it is making you look really stupid as you copied most of my ebay listing word for word as well as our boxes and as for us to copy your boxes please dont be silly we have been making these boxes for years now and our design has never altered and you have only just set up in business so do the maths, we do not have a problem with competition just people that have no imagination and copy the boxes to the T , because they know that our design sells, and as for the realtree Ferret boxes you are doing, if you dont know we have the licence for the realtree boxes and only us can do them but Realtree should be contacting you in due course to sort that out. if you have any questions or problems you are welcome to contact me direct. thanks

are you the person who owns the whole company (mark) I bought 1 off you but it lets loads of water in. cant get hold of any gortex is there any other ideas about water proofing

no worries mate. probs caused you enough troubl when I purchased. I bought as Bumble seb: rebecca. This is my friend who did the paypal. we had a few problems with postage etc. you probably remember!

all those bow backed boxes are good design the only bad experiance i have had is those clip catches you must make sure they are seated correctly or the lid will open iv changed all mine to a good old fashioned bolt this came about after hunting a plantation looking for two escapees as the lad i was out with didnt secure the boxes by seating the catches a slight knock and they can and do open and when the box is on your back you dont realise the ferrets are out but the bow back is a better box to carry your ferrets in imo

Postage would probably work out cheaper if you buy them in bulk mate! its not like buying 1 after another!

if the man is good enuff to make the box he is good enuff to sell the box who cares about the guy that had the cash to do the marketing, he sells his boxes and other people will continue to make cash for selling there well made boxes!! why should you have to have cash to sell something john???

right ok , no copyright then tuff , the bow back design is not a new idea and infact i have an old copy of earthdog with a chap using one and if i can be bothered i will dig it out and scan it , it may of been auther carter.

 

and the threat from realtree , no law has been broken as he has purchased realtree tape and covered a box now if he had been dipping boxes using the realtree print without a licence then yes he would be in trouble just like the guy in the states who covered 80k worth of product and realtree won a lawsuit for him to destroy it all. now i have played around with hydrographic tanks recoating motorcycle parts and know about licences etc and i have also had a friendly letter from a well known motorcycle firm regarding copyright

 

it's a bit like me selling an airfile that i put tape on , you are clutching at straws fella . now i have purchased a ferretbox company box (which turned up with damaged catches due to poor packaging but was an easy repair) but i found the box a good quality box but if this guy is making a better quality box for a better price then have a guess where i will get my next one ?

 

why should ferretbox company think they have the monopoly afterall thats how the customer gets a better deal knowing there is competition out there.

 

after all it's hardly bill gates product is it ?

I visited your shop in Myrthyr today ind ive gt to say there was some nicley priced equipment there and some good gear .

Anthony, good shop mate and ill be visiting there more often now that Litts has gone bust , and could i make a suggestion in that i think you should have a facility to fill up peoples divers bottles for their air rifles because the nearest place is a diving shop in Caerphilly!

Cant wait to see some air rifles there mate!

YES WOULD BE VERY INTERESTED GOT A FEW NEW IDEAS (not realtree) BUT KEEP IT UNDER WRAPS AT THE MO BUT WHATCH THIS SPACE LOL
