Antony what type of ply are you using for your boxes, is it chinese, brazilian or far eastern and which grade, and before some one says something very silly yes it does make a big difference

hi mate i use brazil 9mm ply hope this helps mate any suggestions welcome

the double box you have a picture of , the ply has knots in it brazilian should be a hard wood finish with no knot, have you been had or is this an old picture
