Guest oldskool
fairly young in that pic but she lived till she was about 18... dug lots and lots of stuff with her and she became a hard dog as she got older... i had her at a year old and she is probably the best i've had although most would have thought she was a bit crap because i could have called her out on hard digs but i used her for everything... rabbits, rats, birds you name it, we hunted it lol
Tiff 36
this one finally had to be PTS at age 16 after she had cancer, she was my first Russell and I miss her every day. Up till the last few weeks she never slowed down and always did everything asked of her. this one was still going 100 miles an hour before he died from coonhound paralysis, I will never again try to nurse a dog with that horrible condition, it was a terrible way for a great dog to go. He had been to 3 coon in a treeset, 10 days later started showing signs, it took 10 days to run its course and almost at the end of it his lungs paralyzed and that was it. He made me laugh every single day of his 14 years, he never slowed down either!
