Reds&Blacks 0
i had planned on trying them as out cross , but i got shit on ,,, most people i know that dig have moved away from the line as it has to much bull init and very poor teeth .. i have a prdigree here and inbred round sally very inbred , a lot of bull blood , have friends been very happy with the line but a lot don't make old dogs ...and there's a lot of waste.... can't help with contact for Derek Wheeler...try getting in contact with him via B.Nuttall ...think there still mates ? the dogs ive seen only have an eigth sally in there pedigrees still bully looking but a more handy size the quarter breds are a bit too big and very very hard Quote Link to post

pickaxe 23
How did the pups turn out wilky....??? We still keep dogs bred down from the original stuff after the outcross and I'm happy with them. Plenty hard enough, but a bit more sensible, well most of them, we lost a bitch last year that was far too hard for her own good, and we always knew it was going to happen sooner or later, but she made it to five years old, which was a surprise. This dog is that way bred and 3 and a half now. very nice type Quote Link to post
Guest Robbie Morran
A friend of mine (Mauri) has been working a good line of very hard game terriers based on the old Nuttall stock about 10 years now. He needs to cross his line with new blood and is looking for hard dogs with some bull blood in their background. He wish to get in contact with Derek Wheeler . informations are welcome mail at lambro1966@yahoo.it thank you good sport Max http://www.patterdale.de/en/index2.htm ( Mauri's stud dog ) The dog on the link above {Shwabs Digga} that dog was bought of a good mate of mine, from Ashington ,Northumberland, not BN as stated above ...... Edited January 14, 2006 by Robbie Morran Quote Link to post

chris 1
please say Mauri many greetings from me, Christos livinvg in germany..he knows. Hope he is doing fine! the cross that worked well with dogs bred similar as Nerone was with the booth bred dogs that also SP Kennels works...that would also be a nice alternative. SP kennel (mauri knows who i mean i guess) made crosses with pickaxe x digger and booth with very good result. best regards and many greetings Quote Link to post
