Help Please Please could anyone supply reloading data for minimum & maximum loads using mix below---- Can,t seem to find any info on web regarding quantity of vihtavuori powder to use

 

CALIBRE--- .22 "K " HORNET.

 

BULLET HEAD--- 40 GN HORNADAY V MAX (.224 )

 

POWDER--- VIHTAVUORI N110

 

PRIMERS--- CCI SMALL RIFLE

40grain v-max heads with vit n110

 

2600fps = 9.0grains

 

 

2700 fps =9.7

 

 

 

 

2800fps= 10.4g caution this is max loading

 

 

the velocities above each should give you an idea.try 9, 9.7 and 10 grains and see how you do. if this look ok try 10.4 if no signs of pressure are showing.

So they will be good

Vihtavuori do have a download link for their latest reloading data, including some on 22 Hornet. not sure if it is any use but here you go...

I have used this data for my 7.62x54R and it works very well
