YIS BB my mate has the blade tech BB and i dont rate it much. it puts a quick edge on it but with the lansky you can get it literally razor sharp. it takes a while longer but is worth it. just dont go over board on the testing how sharp it is Quote Link to post Share on other sites
ghostlyease 17 Posted May 19, 2008 Report Share Posted May 19, 2008 Slightly different slant, how about getting dinks out of knives, my fault, dented the cleaver on beef bones for the dogs, was only purchased to portion the rabbits, will they have to be binned. agrifabs 0 Posted May 19, 2008 Report Share Posted May 19, 2008 an old man once told me that the best thing to sharpen a knife with is ceramic, i got hold of an industrial ceramic wear tile, i sharpened my knife but i dont really know how to do it properly so i dont know if the ceramic is any good, whats the best way to sharpen a knife? motion i mean?!
