Bryan 1,362 Posted May 18, 2008 Report Share Posted May 18, 2008 but never knew they were big enough for a beddy to go to ground well the picture was taken in July,no one in the picture has a digging bar or shovel,but they do have whips with lashes on.might have been that they were hunting on top with a "pack of terriers" like Lucas and came across badgers lying out in the summer sun,rather than actually having dug them with the Bedlingtons??? Bryan Good points, and may be the answer but its highly unlikely for a billy to be out and about unless injured or other wise tempted from its earth, and that is a fact!
