I wouldnt feed kits any dried food , have used both dried & meat in the past & ferrets fed raw thrived much better & handled a hell off a lot easier Quote Link to post

terrier lady 0 Posted May 17, 2008 Report Share Posted May 17, 2008 i always put a whole rabbit in at this time of year as ferrets are great at hiding spare food and i find it easier to find the left overs ,plus it gives the young something to get their teeth into if there is any left. how many kits do you have?hi thanks for the info my jill has 7 babies doing well thanks for the interest Mines due in 2 weeks, first time ive done this, have every book you can buy but advice of folk who have done this before is very valuable.
