Just wondering how many of you bring your dogs to the beach, I was told a long time ago that the salt water is good for their coats.

 

I do a lot of my training for the coming season on the beach, great place to run them and get them fit.

the beach is peobley the best place for the dogs mate. dogs are enjoying them selfs

I take mine to the beach all the time, Paris can't go off as she will kill small dogs but the other two love it!

if i could i would exercise my dogs every day on the beach much more forgiving than them running on grass fields.

One of our beaches isn't open to dogs between 8am and 8 pm until october now I believe but I think the other one is ok, i'll have to check but there are plenty of brilliant stretches of beach within easy reach of here. I love going to West Wittering with them!

When I worked on the coast mine used to run on the beach everyday but I don't go as much now I work "inland". The dogs love it but always get the squits from drinking the salt water :sick:

i get mine to the beach as much as possible in the summer. salt water is great for their skin and coats and running on soft sand is excellent exercise to keep your workers fit.
