mackem 26,721 Posted May 27, 2008 Report Share Posted May 27, 2008 You have to remember,he wrote that book in the 1930's before they had such subtle methods,we are progressing,I once caught 150+ trout in a few hours on my own,using nothing more complex than a carbon-fibre beachcaster,multiplier reel,and a trace of feathers,anyway,as I said,fishing later in the week Quote Link to post
