netrigger 568
Gave the Gill Net a dip this Morning and was very surprised at the end result.... Early Makrell!! If i used a smaller mesh i would've had a good catch. A nice Mullet. Shark!!! The end result was 7 Mackrel 1 Mullet & 1 Sea Bass plus the Shark .. Edited May 11, 2008 by netrigger Quote Link to post

fishfish 17
so was this done out in aboat or from the shore like hfw did on telly? Quote Link to post
mackem 26,459
I think HFW only does it when the cameras are around Fish, makes good TV,when netting coastlines or estuaries its just as easy to run your net out on the mud-flats or beach at low water and fish the tide. Quote Link to post
