Halfinch 51
Depends a lot on where ye shooting, if you shoot one and the rest don't move, wait and shoot again, if you shoot and every little fecker disappears then go get your quarry. But whatever you decide, GOOD HUNTING. Quote Link to post
ChrisJones 7,975
Like Halfinch said, depends on where you shoot and how patient you are, I suppose. Bear in mind that any movement on your part could f**k up your nights shooting. Rabbits will learn how you behave so bear it in mind. Personally I'd sit and shoot and collect them up when you're done, either when they're wise to you or when you've got them all. Think variation. Quote Link to post

SEAN3513 7
hello mate................i tend to leave them, so i dont transmit any of my smell/scent around where the rabbits are likley to come out to again, don't think rabbits are intellegent enough to say" f**k , rogers been shot......leg it lads!!!!!" this is my way and it works for me !! hope that helps mate regards sean Quote Link to post
ChrisJones 7,975
I leave em and collect em all when I've had enough. Quote Link to post
andy s410c 61
I pick them up when its time to move on.Two sundays ago i was lying in wait in the hayshed due to the weather i shot 1 & a few minutes later another came out of the hay rolls & went straight over to the shot one & was smelling it,nudging it & wiping its face after...gave it the confidence to come into range then goodnight Quote Link to post
