can you fish for pike at night and how would you do it(dead bait..spinner)

ive never known it to be done???

You can catch Pike at any time of the day or night. Large baits with plenty of oil will help the pike locate your baits.

 

We caught this one at 2.30 in total darkness, so the answer to your question is, yes you can and will catch pike at night.

Had my biggest pike at night oddly enough,plagued with Jacks in local waters,but I always caught the bigger ones after dark.
