WELL I THINK THE DONATOR SELLING POLICY IS PANTS MYSELF THERE ARE SOME TOP QUALITY ANIMALS BRED FROM VERY GOOD WORKING STRAINS THAT JUST DON'T GET ADVERTISED ON HERE BECAUSE OF IT, AS FOR PUPPY PEDLARS YOU CAN PAY YOUR £5 AND SELL HUNDREDS OF CRAP DOGS ALL YEAR LONG. THE DONATOR SELLING RULE IS SHITE IN MY OPINION. WHAT DO YOU FELLAS THINK? :hmm: NOW WHERE'S ME DUMMY GONE. OH AND ANOTHER THING SOME PEOPLE CONTRIBUTE MORE TO THE FORUM IN OTHER WAYS LIKE GOOD THREADS DECENT PICTURES, GIVING MEMBERS ADVICE AND A FEW DAYS SPORT ETC ETC ETC.

I had been asked to deleate this post,

but as magwitch has put the question forward, I'll try to answer it, best I can

Im a moderator of the forum, we dont get paid for it, we do it for free, but same as you guy's, we have rules to follow that are set out, even before I came along, so say I turned a blind eye to ferreters selling ferts on the ferret section, theres plenty of other mod's that can deleate the post and give a warning for posting, five warnings and people can get banned

if this section was to allow it though, then you know that all the other sections would want the same deal, and pandimonium would set in,

now Im crap at math, so maybe someone could work out what £5 divided by 356 days works out to, which I think will be peanuts, I paid a donation as soon as I found/joined this site, not because I wanted to sell items, but I belived it was a bloody good site, and therefore worth it, members must think that also, because they are still here

This is the best hunting site on the web in my opinion been a member for quite sometime and even been banned a few times no argument there. People can donate if they so wish to because its a great site! but to make people donate so they can sell a few bits and bobs is wrong. Ive got no gripe with you Steve at all but you still owe me a breakfast at the Perry cafe on the 3rd january at 7.10  I think you do a good job maybe a bit too firm sometimes. And as for people staying we are losing the cream of THL and gaining some right wallies of late............... Disclaimer my opinion only.

So do you want a poll on the donator/classified for and against it???

As for stubby, hats off to him for spending his own valuable time to help weed out idiotic and dangerous posts.... making ourselves and the fieldsports we love, look bad...

I don't think there is a need for a poll Ian just revert it back to how it was.

so why is it still running for ???????

and, magwitch is right what he says about none donaters. most are good people and give more in days out to others then

any money donations could.i bet there is a lotof folk on here who aint got a paypal account, and how often as ian b been asked

if he'll take a cheque for donations.

who's who on here. a dog dealer with a donater account or the genuine man with the odd surplus pup or ferret for sale.
