spookster 0
If the wound is more than four hours old, they shouldnt stitch it because they would be locking in bacteria. It has to be kept clean and open. Honey is the best thing. Manuka honey works well I used it on this wound and it worked a treat! Quote Link to post

Guest WILF
any idea wher i can get that from and how much would it cost? how long will it last me? thanks Thats really what this nonsense is all about aint it ...............lets treat the dog on the cheap. I am hard on my hounds but I will tell ya this, when it comes to looking after them, I dont give a feck what the treatment costs. I owe them that much and so does any dog owner.............you carry on with your carpet baggers remedys, and next time you get a gaping fecking hole in you that needs medical attention, get some fecker to sprinkle flour and fecking honey on it. slickdicko 0
If you have took that dog to the vet and he said there is nowt he can do shoot the vet and take the dog to a proper vet that needs a stitch or two. A good vet would stitch that i have seen throat injures in terriers back in the olden days and seen vets clean and stich them up no problem :clapper: i cant beleave a vet turned you away with that?? complain!
