Fishing with finesse(and JOE).

Recommended Posts

Have you ever had Thai fish-cakes with hot chillie dip?Awesome :victory: plus the BBQ season is underway once again,so sunset last night we fished a venue we hadnt visited in a while hoping to hook a fat trout or two :)

Joe was using some orange nymph creation,I dont know if its commercially available but its certainly a catcher,I used a little number I knocked up after reading "Fly-fishing" by J.R.Hartley,I would highly recommend getting the book,if you can find it,though I am told its out of print, because I havent had a blank session since turning that first page....................... ;)

We have actually been invited to fish for sea-trout fish, but the main runs on our invite dont really start till July,I used to live on the banks of the Wear which at the time was an incredible river for sea-trout,I had Falkus book when I was a kid,and put many a fresh-run fish in the oven through it :victory:
