mole trapper 1,693
You are allowed to shoot Canadas now out of season as part of the general open licence, BUT only if you have good reason, ie health and safety, crop damage etc. Regards MT.
Gimli 0
yes, you can shoot Canada Geese all year round under the general licence as long as they are pests, but that's in England not Scotland or Northern Ireland. Not sure of the situation in Wales.

NO, you cannot shoot them just because of noise and a bit of crap on a lawn , try and understand the "TERMS" of the genral licence

Thats the way i read it. i will geta link to the general licence so he can satisfy himself Have a look here, it mentions prevention of disease before crop damage....so if the shit can cause a health problem i reckon he is covered! http://www.naturalengland.org.uk/conservat...L%20Gen-L05.pdf

Barbus 0
Thanks Folks...........it is where children play, and their crap is a hazzard. Langley, it's my shotgun licence and me pulling the trigger so have to be sure. John5 Try and understand the terms of my question............it was polite, and I thought I was being responsible in the first place by asking before I took action.
