5 common buzzards

i live in st helens and i hae seen about 4 just out and about. buzzards are on the increase and its all good.

last season on a ferreting trip we saw nine buzzard and 2red kites

we got all round by me red kites , pergrines , spars , Loads of buzzards i counted 5 in the sky above me today also seen my first wild goss hawk were i hunt so very plaesed

Birds of prey have doubled or even trebled here there's buzzards sitting looking on most motorways here and when you put snares out they help themselves to any dead rabbits in the wires

Last year while out shooting with a mate in mid wales we counted 32 buzzards eating worms on a field.The colours of the buzzards ranged from nearly white to a dark chocolate colour.My mate also sees goshawks which take his decoy pigeons while shooting

plenty of buzards around my part of dorset! often see them perched on the fence posts at the top of the field behind my house or being mobbed by crows and magpirates! great to see but what impact is the rise in there numbers having on other wildlife? also have a sparrow hawk that comes swooping through the garden once or twice a week though ive not seen any evidence of it taking any thing yet!, and even had a pair of what im sure were hobbies chasing the swallows and swifts above the field this year!

did any one read in the artical in shooting times this week about eagles being taken from low population areas in scotland to restock ireland by scottish natural heritage, whilst s.n.h are still blaming gamekeepers for the low population in the same areas that they are taking the birds from!!!?
