any body no what power they leave the factory with , its bullbarrel carbine 22????

They leave the factory with as much power as they can so they don't go over 12ft/lbs with any pellet. Each one will chrono differently depending on the pellet used but they should all be legal. They'll tell you 11.5 but it will vary depending on the slug.
