Thinking Of Getting Gun Lamp

Hi, im thinking about getting a gun lamp, as im getting more and more into lamping. I have looked at a few lamps on the internet and narrowed it down to 3 lamps which take my fancy.

These lamps are:

 

1.) A Cluson Lamp

 

2.) A Deben Atom Tactical

 

3.) A Deben Max 400m

 

If you could tell me your opinion, or can suggest another gun lamp, your advice would be very helpful.

i have the deben max 400m, and id say its a bloody good lamp!! you can use it yourself by clipping it onto your scope or do as i did and buy the handle for about £20 and turn it into a hand held lamp!! its helped me get many a fox/rabbit e.t.c!

I can second that, I used a logun light for a while for close range stuff with my .22 rimfire. Now I shoot with the max it has a better beam and you can get the brightness control aswell. Not a bad buy.

Cheers to the both of you who have replied, it has helped me very much, as i could use the lamp handheld aswell as scope mounted. I think now when i get around to getting one, i will probably go for the deben 400m.

hello aa.......ive just got a NIGHTSEARCHER scope mounted lamp from my local gun shop......comes with battery,lead,switch,mains charger,in car charger and battery carrying pouch light upto about 150yds with red filter (extra) and approx 250yds without. it was £115 but it is awesome............and runs for about 1 1/2 hours...continuous......hope this helps and good luck whatever you go for............oh!! my mate has a clulite which is very similar...but much bigger and dosnt last as long.

a cluson clubman { cb2 } there the bollocks. you can purchase a attachment for your rifle easy to fit

then you just unscrew the handle & pop it on & tighten away you go has a flood beam & spot beam

i got mine for £ 100.00 hope this helps

I can vouch for this light its awesome, went out with Sean the other night and the thing is BRIGHT, we even managed to turn the lights off on the van on the way home and stuck this outta the window, you could see plenty. good light and not to heavy on top of your scope.

 

I can also vouch for the fact the ciggy will have gone by the time you read this hahaha
