i used to buy them from vets he used to charge reasonable price.and let me have extra as he knew i worked my dogs.but i have moved and wold like to know if theres a mail order greyhound supplier or how to make my own.i reckon its just like a redbull or lucozade for humans.

i use betacell by vetsearch, there is abit more to them than lucozade or redbull. they will not iust replace

and recover but will give more endurance and keep a dog hydrated for longer

heres whats in it

calcium

chloride

citrate

glucose

lactate

magnessium

potassium

sodium

sulfate

how long does a tub last plz?

i bought 2 kilo tubs , it said on tub .3 grams for normal dose or6 for hot weather .

how often you add is up to you

iwould add to food rather than the water bucket as it does make the water taste slighty salty

i bought it because with dogs i think you either get anatural drinker that likes water or one which only takes

on the minimum. my dog is the latter

there is also a thing called recharge, it comes in liquid form and you mix so much with water, has exellent results. i prefer to use this while running and use electrolytes with there food afterwards. you can get it from greyhound megastore
