let me tell you all now its acutually down to the land owner if they dont mind its not in any way against the law and a pheasent may have to be in flight or of the groung for a shotgun shooter but not for me an airgun shooter if you dint beleave me that iys legal read airgun hunting by john darling oh then theres pete wadson they both say its fine in there books as long as the land owner is ok with it its legal check it out

nice one....so if you hav permission you can shoot them with a airgun? i heard off a farmer that [bANNED TEXT] ever come on his land an was being a newsance he could get rid ov it deer ect...?

I have shot pheasant with an air gun with the owners permission and very nice they were to.But I would not do it out of season.

beauty so if a land owner decides he dont like pheasants he can arrange a shoot at anytime of year regardless of game season . if he dont want em or he cant be arsed with them then just get a few blokes with air rifles in and lets clear the place of them ,i doubt it very much and i bet you got the anti brigade chompin at the bit here just waiting for you to f*ck up and you will have em camping out on you're doorstep or youre land owners

please dont thing im been a knob we should all be trying to work together to protect what feeble rights we have left and not giving ammunition to the people who can try to take it away from us cheers mal
