Once you have your FAC can you only shoot on the land named on your application

 

Do the police have to inspect every peice of new land you aquire?

If you have a closed FAC then yes you can only shoot where the land has been approved. If you want to shoot somewhere new then you need to contact your Licensing Dept and ask if the land is approved, if yes, great, if not then an FEO will have to inspect and pass the land first. Most land has already been checked but some stil remains.

Thanks, So how do you get an open certificate?

Normally you would get it on first renewal, unless you have deer on your cert and then it would be open, sometimes it can be done earlier if you can prove to them an open is more beneficial to them aswell as you.
