BenBhoy 4,706
aye mate, sounds about right that, flushing is always good. with me, even if im just out walking (on land i have permission of course!) and if i see something, i'll get down to pups level, wait until i know he's seen it and when dog is wanting to go, then slip it. any experiene for it is good, whether it cathes it or not, and then just give it loads of praise when it comes back. keep us posted. cheers. lurcherchavvy 3
i take my pup out to watch from about 4/5 months lamping and daytime and then maybe take them out bushing now and then when maybe they are a little bit older....breaking them to rabbit i usually would take them lamping a few times and get them a few squatters......and get a few ferreted rabbits take them to the middle of a big field and slip the pup on them Quote Link to post
