SharpShooter14 0
Not sure what you mean by 'reliable'. However they're both very good. A S10 on FAC running at around 30 ft/lbs will give you around 60 shots in .22. A rimfire is also very good, as its capable of dispatching things out to and over 200yards with the right scope, fieldcraft, user etc. So i'd say choose whichever you feel comfortable with. Go to a club, try out some rimfires, see if you like 'em. HTH Quote Link to post
celticwar 1
ive fired the odd one up on farm that and shot guns but like the silent air rifle ,just wanted to make sure its ok ,not going to break every 5 mins Quote Link to post
ChrisJones 7,975
No difference in quality for the FAC. I personally don't like the S10, but they're as reliable in FAC as they are in standard. Quote Link to post

It comes down to what your happy with i personaly think s410 are great rifle and there great in fac ive seen them in action but a rapid 7 or 12 is a better fac weapon Quote Link to post

stillair1 16
I'd like to see someone drop a rabbit with .22lr at 200yds too apart from a fluke. There should be no difference in reliability between fac and non fac air rifles, especially pcp. I've not had any reliabilty issues with mine. Quote Link to post
