on radio 2 this evening some guy has got a franchise for a look a like wasp nest says its a wasp deterent, its like a round wasp nest that keeps wasps away , you hang it on your patio or in your garden, yard, what ever, cost £ 9.00 sold over 250,000 in north america.

I treat over 350 wasp nests most seasons............often 3 or more nests to the same roof space........so i agree with ditch the presence of another nest would do little or nothing to deter wasps.

Could it be a visual thing? where it wouldn't work in the dark, ie in a roofspace, but might in a more noticeable place, or is it just bollocks.?

EXACTLY WHAT I WAS GOING TO SAY DITCHY, I THINK MOST OF US PESTERS HAVE DONE MORE THAN 1 NEST IN A ROOF SPACE, MY BEST BEING 4.
