Nice dog :thumbs: I wouldnt worry too much what anyone thinks of whether your dog does "proper" work or not, mine are just rabbiting/ratting dogs too and thats what I enjoy doing with them. If you enjoy the work you do with your dog thats all that matters :thumbs:

ye mate thats exactley what mine do and me and the dogs both enjoy it so i suppose thats all that matters.

he,s a good looking fella, do you know his blood lines? i have two adog i bred and his mum, she came from an old digging pal, both hunt well when i was younger ikept lakelands, but six year ago i lost me lakie dog, couldnt find what i wanted and waited for a border pup, they suit me.

all i know is he was bred by a gamekeeper from north yorkshire

its hard too find good working strains of borders these days, mine are registerd but i don,t have much time for the kennel club, or showing for that matter all to clicky, what matters to me is the working side, if it don,t work i dont want it!

What a lovely looking dog trust me lads these dogs can do the business am gonna be getting 1 very soon well done mate you will have years of fun with this chappie no matter what quarry it hammers :boogie:
