It really depends on the amount of shooting the gun has done and how old it is, but as you say it is in good condition.

Second hand ones seem to be going for about £500-550 on average, if you post some pictures I could be able to give you a slightly more accurate answer, but without seeing the gun it is difficult, Small bores are still fetching a premium at the moment so you may get a good price for it, Have a look on guntrader.co.uk, and in the back on the shooting magazines classified ads to see what others are asking/fetching.

From looking at the picture,

I would say a conservative estimate of £400-£500, some will go for less some more. This is a very rough estimate as I have not seen the gun. The Brownings often hold a good price and seen as its a small bore multichoke it may well fetch more than that.

How much did you pay for it new/second hand?

This estimate will depend on its general condition, condition of the bores, and how old the gun is.

For a private sale, then the best places are in the back of magazines like the Sporting Gun or Sporting Shooter or both.

I have had success with these in the past and often get many, many replies.

If youre going to spend that much on a second hand scope, then you should be looking at high mag, Swarovski or Zeiss.

personally I like mil dots but also dont mind the ordinary crosshair. The bigger the objective lens the better the light gathering will be but some scopes are designed to gather as much light as possible, I have just bought a Swarovski Z6i 2-12x50 and it gathers light extremely well, another I can thing of off the top of my head is the Nikko Stirling Nighteater.
