Guest pikey
can anyone give us the nod on suppliers for the front and rear large diameter rollers,is there a proper name for them cheers. hi shot hope your keeping well, shot, on some of the mills that are made the front and back rollers are go-kart wheels. when you buy a go-kart wheel you remove the tyre and tube, you are left with the rim, which is bolted together in two pieces ( split rim), ill get a photo up later.when you split the rim you use the larger rim for one roll, buying these wheels are the main cost in making the wheel. here you go shot, when you split the rim one is about 2/3 bigger that the other you use the large rim, so you will need four go-kart wheels to make it. POSSUM 13
looking at the book real hard workers by piacentini and saw jason powell has a home made treadmill for his terriers, just wanderd if anyone owns one or any info on making one?????dont mind walking the mutts but it would save alot of time after a hard day at work to bang em on the treadmill.cheers. I thought the treadmills were a bit noisy, built a table free running all you need ply board cut into circle of size, carpet [to stop the dog slipping] a wheel rim,car axle half of in the ground half up and a good friend with a welder!!!! hope this helps you couple of pics on pc cant get them on!! newbie!!!!!!!!!!!! all the best I AGREE, I NEVER LIKED SLATMILLS OR CARPET MILLS.(NOT SAYING THET DON'T WORK) I USED A COMBINATION OF TURN TABLE, SWIM TANK, AND THE JENNY (CATMILL)....
