Just wondering if anyone has pics of home made equipment they use ?

 

heres my lamp made up of a motorbike headlamp, a switch/lead off a old electric blanket, a motor bike battery, and a small ruck sack from tesco

 

 

the lamp and lead are over twenty years old, when i use to go out with my old man he use to carry a car battery on his back, but i opt for the lighter motorbike battery.

 

total cost £23, last for about 3-4hrs at a time with a 4-500m beam

 

i know it doesnt quite look as goods as the proffessional kits but it does the job for me

I haven't got pics, but my cousin I shoot with made a Pidgeon Magnet using the wiper motor from a Nova that I wrote off.

It runs off a car battery and is heavy to cart about, but once its set up it works a treat.

had to add mine first i used did the job2 and look at that red tint edge lol added lovely glowing efect lol and my expensive fox call lol

could someone show me a pic of a peg they made for a fenn or similar.Im not having much luck getting them to attach to the chain

Cut a hazel peg about 10 inches long slightly smaller in dia than the ring on the chain. slip the ring over the peg and hammer in a fence staple to hold it in place. Sharpen the other end and the jobs done.......simple.

Does the call sound like the shop ones? If so I suggest you patent it and get yourself a stall at the Game fair!

never heard the shop bought ones and guys i no shoot fox use simmilar 2 lol they work what sound do you get out of a shop one ?
