Greyhound / Bull / Wippet ???

This is ripley my 1st lurcher at 6months old. i was brought him by my girlfriend so i have very little background info on his lines ect.. I am led to believe that he is greyhound x bull x wippet.

from the pictures can anyone conferm this cross for me and if so what the percentage cross he is. he was brought from a place in derby called ripley. Does anyone know the size this dog could reach

any help / info would be great.

where abouts in ripley did you get it from cus i live there and no alot of people who work and breed lurchers ,

looks a bit similar to my pup. saluki,greyxbull,grey. could be wrong though.

He was from ripley ........and the chaps name was ......... very limited info i know but it was my partner at the time who got him me without my knowing

yeah i thought so ... well the mother is a little black bitch 22 inch tts bull x grey x whippet and it was put to a power house of a black 1st cross bull greyhound 25 inch tts so the the whippet is near anough out because the mother has only got a touch of whippet in her ( both 110 % workers ) we've seen one of the pups but it's not made any-thing like your pup its small and racy , hows it coming on ? if you want to know anything else just pm me i know alot about the mother cus ive got the brother to her and i know whos got the father

Thats great didnt expect this kind of reply. Hes comming on well retrives rabbit dummys to had indoors every time however is a little reluctant when in open feilds. He has settled alot in the last month or so and is better behaved although he still has alot of puppy in him still as to be expected. He runs like lightning when thrown a ball. we have been out on the lamp with a friend and his lurchers on afew occations to let him see the other dogs course, which he pulls like hell when another dog is slipped.So on the whole he is showing promising signs already. Would you have any ideas to what size he would reach then he has shot up and now seems to have stopped. at only 6mnths i expect him to grow alot more and can i conferm then he is most probably grey x bull with a hint of wippet?? and would he be classed as 3/4grey 1/4 bull?

just remind me never to come to you and ask for advice. no bull in it,you obviously no feck all . its got bull in it i see the the owner and the pup at the weekend at the keepers fair and the pup took my eye cracking pup very alert. also the owner wants do right by the pup so any advice for him lads would be very helpfull to him im sure .

With a 22 and a 25ins parents, and he looks quite big maybe 24 to 25ins. About 10 months old

for is height, and up to 2years old with is weight. The bigger type lurchers take a bit longer.

If he is for rabbits, he as enough bull in him.

its a bull greyhound with a touch of whippet there's NO SALUKI in the pup , it looks a strong pup and it should make 25inch ,and to think we was going to keep him but decided to let it go cus we have the 2 bull x all-ready DAMM !
