wabbit basher 0 Posted April 13, 2008 Report Share Posted April 13, 2008 They make brilliant housedogs, short or long legged makes no difference, they really intelligent and can learn to flush game , retrieve and endless tricks to keep the missus amused whilst your out shooting.Be patient when they go to ground the record for is 4 hours 26 mins, she did come up wth a rabbit though You won't get any papers for her they aren't recognised as a pedigree breed Quote Link to post

AND GUYS YOU HAVE TO START SOMEWHERE AND THIS TYPE OF DOG IS A GOOD FIRST DOG BUT REMEBER MATE THEY LAST FOR 10 TO 16 YEARS the parson russell terrier is recognized by the british kennel club the jack russell is recognized by the irish kennel club Quote Link to post
