spudlington 3
Collected my Scorpion T-10 this afternoon. Set up a target when I got home and had it zeroed in a few minutes. Christened it within an hour of getting it home when this lad dropped by. Lovely accurate piece of kit, well pleased so far. It'll definitly keep me happy tgill deer season starts again. proper job 1
It's a Simmons Whitetail Classic 1.5 - 5 x20mm, handy piece of kit for pest control. Nice rifle and I echo the comments on the Simmons Quote Link to post
spudlington 3
Will be giving it a proper bit of use over the next few days so will see how it performs and let you know. Air weapons not as common over here due to the licencing situation so there wasn't a great choice of pellet when i collected it. Quote Link to post
spike 0
That's a nice looking rifle; good luck with it Quote Link to post

spudlington 3
Had a good bit of a play around with it over the weekend, well pleased. Bolt and safety are nice and smooth. Inserting the mag is a little fiddly at first but you soon get used to it. Tried three different pellets over different ranges. Bisley Pest Control performed poorly with fliers and erratic grouping. Gamo Pro Magnum and Eley Wasp both seemed to be spot on with very little difference in point of impact between the two. The group below is 10shots taken from prone position at 35yards with Gamo pro Magnums. Called in to mate to collect a few sacks of greyhound food on the way home and nailed a Jackdaw sitting in a tree above his kennels. Might take it with me tomorrow night when i'll be out lamping. spudlington 3
Cheers lads. I have to say i've had so much craic with this rifle in the few days since I got it. Have shot centrefires, shotguns and 22's for years and shooting handguns since laws were relaxed here a few years ago but i should have taken up an airgun years ago. Same hassle getting a licence for one here as for 22 so most people don't bother. Quote Link to post
