Guest Ditch_Shitter
These things are common as grass, over here. They don't need to be sought as rare and valuable antiques. I have my eye on an Irish made stove down in town. It's an absolute Rolls Royce of a thing and so will cost me 700 Euro! But 'normal' ones are around 300. And that makes them just a couple of hundred quid. Now, if bang up to date, made to be used in peoples homes, proper spec' ones can be had for a couple of ton; Doesn't that rather pull back into perspective the sort of prices ye should be looking at paying for an ancient relic like Stubby there managed to grab himself? In a word: Stubby did fine. He paid the sort of money the thing should be worth. Start looking at the prices now appearing on the Bay, for similar? F*ck 'em! Just be aware that ye can get a brand new and up to date one for just a little bit more than ye might be drawn into paying for a banga.

Ye never know? Prices were stated as 50 - 400 quid. Mark Bartlett. He's in Poole. mike.cathylister@byinternet.com 07899 704589
Caravan Monster 323
I' ve had this one in the caravan a few years now. It came from a set up called WINDY SMITHY who are down south, Devon, I think. At the time, it was about £200, which included 8' of enamelled pipe to fit and an aluminium roof plate thing, which gives a watertight and fireproof exit for your flue. They' re not exactly top notch kit, but for a shed and the like, you could do a lot worse. You can order them online.
