DEREK CANNING LLB[HONS] 20
Tom just tell Neil to ask if he wants information however, I am not going to supply a copy of my degree certificated as I have no need to.
Foxgun Tom 75
Why ask for my E-mail adress and then post the information???????????????// Doe'snt give details of any case except an order of costs/money £275?? could be for anything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and don't do what any good legal practioner would not do and make assumptions?? do I detect a little paranoia re: yourself and a third party?? The only things I know about this guy Neil is what you've mentioned an d what you've written on other threads!! I don't know him. never met him or at anytime entered into any sort of dialogue with him!! and to be honest I coul'nt give a rats arse about your private squabbles, that in no way shape or form, impact or involve me, therefore don't try and cloud issues by trying to drag me into issues/matters that don't concern me!! or infer I know people who are complete strangers to me!! Tom Ps: Strange you'll post a copy of private correspondence from the police, But not an educational document that's usually for the majority for some recipients displayed with some and usual personal pride plus it also signifies a great personal achievment??You seem more eager to show off a letter from the cops than something with a little more merit (your Legal Diploma) Your name suggsts a degree in competence prove it!! I suggest you either put up or shut up!! or just let this thead just quickly slip into the archives Edited April 12, 2008 by Foxgun Tom

Foxgun Tom 75
Your right!! and I apologise for the thread going off track, but there is a question of credibility here re: this member you as the falconry mod!! may know him ?? a lot of others don't, me included?? and it got my back up when he inferred I know people I don't or have never met, He does'nt know who the post is about one minute its about the RSPCA and now he say's its about the RSBP for fecks sake!! he originated the thread and he's sitting there with a degree in law and he can't get his feckin facts straght. It makes my blood boil when he makes out or infers I'm a personal aquaintance of some-one who's wound him up?? even when I stated clearly I have never had any dealings with the individual involved (Neil????) that infringes on my credibility Tom Ps; don't have a gripe with the HL version of Perry Mason (another fictional Lawyer) as I don't know the guy, but from his responses I would'nt trust him as far as I could throw him Pps: I'll make this my last post on the matter As I've made the relevant points above Talk about threads going clean off track . the thread is about the RSPCA and now its turned into a load of Bollox like the last one .... jasper65 6
I know what you're saying Tom and yep being in the Falconry Game I know him and the case he has aquiped himself to fight, nothing wrong in that hey? there is alot of personal details you was asking of the guy which is exactly that Personal, if he has a Degree in law then thats his perogative and his private Business! on no account should he or anyone feel the need to have to prove their status on any forum... for all anyone know I could have a degree in proctoligy but I'm not telling ..... What I was trying to say Tom! is the guy put a post up about the RSPCA with a few helpers should anyone be unfortunate enough to get hassle with them. there was alot of Information there I certainly didn't know which could be valueble to anyone on the forum who may need advice now or in the future! there is no need for the thread to have now taken a different route.......... Cuffey 0
It seems to me that having a 'pot at the RSPCA' has taken over the real issue of a dealer starving horses to death or failing to get veterinary attention for sick horses and a Judge telling charities to return horses to said dealer before he has faced charges under Animal Welfare Act 2006. I am no fan of RSPCA politics and the dont feed the horses or we wont get a conviction idea. Over the Amersham business everything I read tells me the decision was right to remove the live horses, ponies and donkeys No self respecting farmer loses 20% of his livestock in one winter Thank goodness Judge Kainth put a stay on the order to return horses to Gray and to selling the rest at auction. The case goes to High Court now.
