help biting ferrets

hello all, im having trouble with my ferrets they were reli friendly then the other morning the got out the pen and wer running around the gardens i managed 2 get them all back hard work and they were biting and lock jawin on me but now they ave gone evil they do it all the time now and look jaw every time? any ideas wat cud be going on and how i can bring them round im still holding them and have 2 put up with the biting but its not getting better! oh on that morning there was a fox under the shed dead tho???? many thanks

you will just have to keep holding them mine was like that after been in the pet shop but i just kept holdin him and he is fine now i just kept picking him up then put him down then back up again and so on .

 

 

cheers pal! is it a case of just starting agen with them then? all 3s gone like it 2 jills and hob i thought at first they were scared but they ave bin like it since

SHE COULD BE ON HEAT MATE ITS THAT TIME OF YEAR COULD MAKE THEM A BIT MORE UNWILLING TO BE HANDLED STICK WITH IT FELLA :wallbash:

 

oh i didnt fink of that she is at min shes bin mated tho both jills ave but the hobs like it 2 and its every time i get um out they rip me 2 bits lol bloody fings! they were fine b2fore i cud do any fing with um but now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

as your a new member, I'll let it go this time, but read the rules top of the ferret section page, your posts are full of text talk, bad spelling can be indentified, but future text talking/writing, will get your posts deleated

I used to keep ferrets and had a problem with a couple of new ones that bit. I was told to dunk them in water each time they bit but frequent handling should hopefully solve the problem. I personally would not be too keen on keeping a persistent biter.
