Was excellent it cost about £4 a day for a couple of hours private tuition which was second to none, the food is very cheap and healthy (meat, fish, rice, fresh fruit) I have fought mma, grappling but not muay thai. I came back really fit and healthy. If you go its best to source your own digs and places to train its much cheaper!
