Guest joe ox
joe i always fancied that mrs wont allow it (said theres to many distractions for me) what was it like did they make you go on to there diet etc or did you eat an drink what you want,do you fight yourself mate ? Was excellent it cost about £4 a day for a couple of hours private tuition which was second to none, the food is very cheap and healthy (meat, fish, rice, fresh fruit) I have fought mma, grappling but not muay thai. I came back really fit and healthy. If you go its best to source your own digs and places to train its much cheaper! Edited April 6, 2008 by joe ox
