On the packet the tape came in it said easy to remove without marking the gun........all i can say to that is BULLSH1T.............i had to keep rubbing mine with a oily rag to get the stuff off :censored::wallbash: .

NEVER will i do it again :censored:

I had no probs with it when i had put it on,it looked great, just like yours does.

Its only when i came to take it off the probs started,it is a barstool to get of,does not affect the bluing on the barrel but does leave a sticky residue.Which takes hours of rubbing with a oily rag to get it off :censored: .

If you look through the arigun section you will find my post i did.

Ive just come across this thread. I have been thinking about doing my daystate in the camo tape for a while but dont like the idea of it leaving a load of sticky crap all over my gun if i decide to take it off for whatever reason.

However... I came up with a plan... Put a 'base tape' on, maybe masking tape??? I know for a fact this isnt as sticky as i use it all the time at work and peel it off machines after 2 or 3 weeks with no probs.

Do you think it would work and should i give it a go???

Thanks
