Guest bigredbusa Posted April 4, 2008 Report Share Posted April 4, 2008 1 in 3 parcels are checked by customs so is hit or miss if you have to pay duties (1 in 4 if sent by fedex) , getting them to mark the customs forms stating it is a sample or a gift sometimes helps in losing duties, also ask them to put a lower value of the item on the customs forms . if they wont do any of the above you may have to pay duties. i purchase quite a bit from thailand ( no jokes please) also the states and spain and find thailand the most relaxed Quote Link to post Share on other sites
