Guest basil46
My advise? Get her jabbed or done by a "blank firing hob" Look on the internet later in the year, there will be hundreds for sale or being given away because people couldn`t sell them. basil. Quote Link to post

The one 8,493
I think your looking at this from the wrong direction what you should be asking is ,Is my jill a good enough worker to breed from her ,if theres any question at all use a snipped hob .Theres far too many jills being mated just wait till august september and see the amount being given away free Quote Link to post
fergie 0
yes shes a great worker as is the hob i would have do the dirty deed i didnt mate her last year as sh was only a year old she will be 2 in august Quote Link to post
stubby 175
look at it another way, have you got the extra space for more ferts, you may be lucky in breeding her, and finding homes for all the kitts, your not going to become rich from selling kitts, so unless your breeding, so you can keep some back, to add to your working line, then I'd say get her in with a snipped hob, this year, out of 5 of my jills, Ive only put 2 with an intact hob, as I want to add to my workers, any bred not to my liking, will get sold on, the other 3 jills have already been with a couple of snipped hobs, and are already out of season Quote Link to post
fergie 0
Thanks for the replys I have made my mind up he is with a friend servicing his jills while my jills are away with some snipped hobs, on my hobs return he is booked in for his op Quote Link to post
