Just a stab in the dark but i reckon it was nt sold ,he wanted the dog as his own and passed it on to mates ,he ll ride the storm and get it back knowing that the lads won t part it saying they paid good money etc etc,or else he s panned it,either way Tufty time to stop lending dogs out and hope you get him back,last dog i lent was killed.
