So I went and looked at some Ibizan Hounds and they were COOL... Vary atletic, the adults could jump like it was nothing.. So long story short I am trading work on his property for a pup.. LOL.. They are 3 months and real nice pups.. I am going on again tomorrow and will take pics of the ones he has and will pick up my pup.. I have my eye on a mostly red one ;D :... Christian J. Your very lucky to get one. We have been trying to get one of those for months. All the breeders want at least £800 for one and to tie you into a non breeding and showing contract. It’s a nightmare. TOMO 26,800 Posted April 3, 2008 Report Share Posted April 3, 2008 to be fair , i dont think those dogs are that interested in the lure ( placy bags) , and it is summer on short grass , so it probly very hard. there are better vids with them on , working as a pack on majorca, in the scrubb catching and retriving a good few rabbits. stick with a lurcher in this country Quote Link to post

Where these dogs are from in Spain is closer to like where I live than you guys.. There is NO grassy fields within 150miles of here!! I plan to take her to a Staghound for coyote coursing, what do you guys think of that, OH Ya you can only rabbits sorry.. She is not for hare.. And if I could find a Whippet that could kill a yote I would get it but even a half whippet is still to weak to handle one on there own.. Where I live (and this is mild the sage can get as tall as a man), Where they are from, Dosnt look much like N. Europe.. Christian J. Quote Link to post

Christian J. what price do thay make in your country mate i wood like to give one a try here in england to see how thay do here thay look ok to me and i dont think you can till what thay are like just by seeing them chasing a bag you nead to work them to find out and ive never seen aney run so cant coment on how thay work Quote Link to post
