paddy.t 5
looks great they will love that ,there is just one thing i would cover the run lid with felt to keep the rain out and give them shade from the sun in the summer yeah im gonna, going to see if i can get bit off builder nextdoor, save me buying a role... and wabbit hunter, im not shure what to use that wont harm the ferrets, i want to paint the outside the same colour as the fence and shed ect. what would be best? cheers for all the comments people Quote Link to post
stubby 175
any garden fence type paint, that say's you can wash the brushes in water will be ok, I'd go for a corrigated plastic on the roof, overwise felt is going to make the upper part of hutch really dark, corri-roof will give you plenty of light, and if they need shade, they have the hutch Quote Link to post
Kay 3,709
Paddy its looking brilliant , well done i just used the fense guard stuff on mine water based , but b & q 's own make one though , it will make a difference once you painted it Quote Link to post

caterpiller 10
Your making a cracking job there mate. My Cages are coated in Cuprinol Ducks Back (wax enriched) in the sh*t corner, i have tiled 2 tiles high by 2 tiles deep but instead of using grout, i have used silicone to bed them down with and for the slight gap in between the tiles which makes it a doddle to clean out but most importantly, WATERPROOF. Best Wishes Edited April 5, 2008 by caterpiller Quote Link to post
