SportingShooter 0 Posted March 31, 2008 Report Share Posted March 31, 2008 Last year it was the 21st of April i saw the first swallow, here on the Gower. It keeps getting earlier each year. And things go back later too. I am still seeing woodcock flighting at dusk, must be late coming back from Ireland. SportingShooter 0 Posted April 1, 2008 Report Share Posted April 1, 2008 I saw my first one an hour ago, it swung in front of me while out shooting and pirched on telegraph wires, all on his own, i watched him for 20 secs or so.
