Right, ive had two bullxs[ 3/8bull 5/8grey and 1/4bull 3/4grey, and one whippetxgreyxbedlington.

The bullxs both 26ins and 70 and75lb, caught well for big dogs. Not bad on rabbits, foxes done

well when they catch them. As we allknow foxes can shift.?? The Bedlingtonx was 22ins and 40lb,

it was a better catch dog than bullxs, obviously being a smaller dog. On foxes all dogs are

different, it was ok. If i had to pick one, it would be bullxs, they seem to want to please you more

than the bedlingtonx. Imight be wrong, it could have been just that dog.??

i have had a few bull crosses and all of them have been good with other dogs its how they are brought up everyday i put mine in the back of my pick up with four terriers and a whippet cross and not once have i had any bother and im pretty sure most of the lads on here that have bull crosses that work them with terriers and have no bother the problem comes when people are to soft if the dog shows any aggression to other dogs it should be pts not just tolerated give me a bull every time over a bedlington cross

This dog called Duke was a bedlington whippet greyhound mix he stood 27 tts and took all quarry as good as a bull x. I bought him at 10 months old he was pts 2 year ago at the age of 16.

They were ok, the 3/8 was a bit sharper with dogs, as long as they left him him alone he was ok.

As i said all dogs are different, i got a 1x collie grey pup now he is 23ins and 52lb [7months old]

he is a big pup, he will be a strong dog when he grows up. Some colliexs can be nasty feckers aswell.

Any lurcher over 55lb , can do damage. Bullxs are powerfull dogs yes, so are coursing greyhounds

when they kick off, the damage they do is unbelievable :censored:

i think the bull x is the best all rounder :victory:

well ive had bulls around me most of my life and my kids have, there 100% workers and 100% loyal to there keepers i don't think you ask any more than that from a dog.

ive also had a bedlington whippet x from one of the best men in the game Gorge Kelly from the brown hills in the west mids.

as far as rabbiting goes that dog was 100% but when it came to fox he just didnt have the power or weight.

i also found with the bedlington they seem to be a bit yampy and they yap to.

now the bulls are nice and steady and you don't here a thing out of them.

for me bullx all the way, but please note these are just the things ive found with my dogs and as we no not all dogs are the same , and personally think its a bull shit question how can you compare a bedlington x to a bull x, you breed or buy a dog to do the work that you need it to do, ie if your a rabbiting man and thats all you do go for the bedlington if your a man like me that likes to have all the cake and eat it you go for a bullx ;)
